Second semester holidays start today, 4th – 19th July and being winter it means lots of indoor activities. I’ve noticed many holiday programs available in many areas that range from $18 a day upwards and they look great if you can afford them. But if you can’t afford to pay or if you want to [...] [...] It’s time to work out our events for the July, August and September quarter. (2010) This is a good opportunity for members to share what they’d like from the group and for the group to hear ideas from members. We got there between 10.30-11am which was sort-of early though the place was already alive. After being directed to a paddock and parked by young male volunteers, we gave our tickets at the entrance less than 50 metres away where we were given a map and told [...] [...] Yesterday (Monday), I was at the West Wave Aquatic Centre as part of my recovery plan from hospital. My muscles need strengthening and I thought water would be good as it takes pressure off my body.
