Good morning,
I’m looking for coffee/support groups for single parents in the Wellington region. I’ve done the standard Google search which came up with this website. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi back. I had looked to see what was out there a few years ago and I did come across a Christian single mother’s group.
Other than that, we really need something up and going. Maybe we can twist your arm
to look at the idea of making something for yourself and others in your area. It is a lot of fun and we can help with all sorts of advice.

I went to West Auckland last week at the date and address mentioned for the meeting but there was anyone there.
Can you please let me know if is going to be another meeting, I went to Kelston community centre but apparently there was only a group of old people having some dance classes. Maybe I was at the wrong place?

I have also recently become a single parent of 2 children and would like to chat with other parents in the same situation. I also find that it certainly is not easy at times.

So do I, recently single with 3 young kids, age 10, 9 and 7 and living in the northshore of auckland. would love some connection, chat and support eachother. Where do i start? I have the children 50% of the time, shared custody which is good but i need support from other people going through similar experiences! Thanks ines
